Ride to Remember is an annual Poker Run that benefits the Alzheimer’s Association Southeastern Virginia Chapter. August 2, 2008 was the fifth annual run where over $1,600 was raised by 96 participants.
Thank you to all the riders for your continued support. Over the years, you have raised a total of $9,359. This year we had an upset for largest club. The Salty Dawgs won with 18 riders, followed closely by the two time winner, Southern Cruisers #26, with 17 riders. The Blue Knights VA5 came in third with 16 riders. Let’s see if your club can step up and take it in 2009!
The 6th Annual Ride To Remember is set for August 1, 2009.
We need you to make it a success! So make plans to come out and ride, tell all your friends, have a lot of fun, win some prizes and help raise money for a great cause.
