Ride to Remember is an annual Poker Run that benefits the Alzheimer’s Association Southeastern Virginia Chapter. August 2, 2008 was the fifth annual run where over $1,600 was raised by 96 participants.
Thank you to all the riders for your continued support. Over the years, you have raised a total of $9,359. Last year we had an upset for largest club. The Salty Dawgs won with 18 riders, followed closely by the two time winner, Southern Cruisers #26, with 17 riders. The Blue Knights VA5 came in third with 16 riders.
We are sorry to make this decision, but due to the economy this year’s ride will be postponed until August 2010.
We will continue to keep you updated. So make plans to come out and ride in 2010.
